Our founder, Sarah Pratt, is a Hampton Roads native who understands the unique challenges and opportunities facing small business owners in this region. With years of experience and expertise, she started Biz Balance Pros LLC to provide reliable and compassionate consulting services that feel like having a knowledgeable friend on your team. Sarah's personal life keeps her management skills active, while she balances mothering 5 children that range in age from 2 to 23 years old and continues to build new, meaningful connections in the Hampton Roads area..
